The P6015A from Tektronix is a 75MHz industry standard passive high voltage probe. It is a safe high voltage probe solutions for ground referenced voltage testing. This probe is used for heavy duty high performance measurements. It can measure DC voltages up to 20KVrms and pulses up to 40KV peak (100ms duration). The 75MHz bandwidth enables users to capture fast and high voltage signals. The P6015A uses an environmentally safe silicone compound for dielectric and never needs refilling. It features small compensation box that fits on adjacent amplifier inputs and readout option for use with most Tektronix digital scopes. With readout option, the displayed voltage amplitude values will be tactual signal value rather than understated by a factor of 1000.
